Shonita Hawkins is the CEO and Founder of MetaVerse Realty, a Real Estate Broker with over 25-years of real estate experience including as real estate company principal, sales broker, agent, market researcher and consultant. Shonita has assisted agents, owners, purchasers and investors in the transfer of more than $335 Million in real estate in the Washington Metropolitan area.

Since forming MetaVerse Realty she has expertly managed/overseen real estate transactions from start to finish, comprised primarily of new construction, residential sales and renovation projects.

This has resulted in securing notable clients and achieving revenue gains.
